Terms and Conditions

 

This offer entitles the recipient to Complimentary Round Trip pasage from Port everglades (Fort Lauderdale) to Freeport, Grand Bahamas, for two adults. To validate this offer the recipient must remit $49.00 per person at the time a vacation date is requested. This fee is refundable if cancelled within 10 days of payment.

All requested for reservations shall be subject to availiability. Confirmation shall be made in writing upon receipt of the reservation request form. The travel company that will be enclosed in the certificate muct recieve a minimum of 60 days notice in advance of anticipated arrival date.

If you elect a travel date with less than 60 days notice it will be accepted if the date is available and is no less than 14 days before the requested departure date, a nominal $22.50 per person surcharge must be made payable to the travel company that will be enclosed in the certificate and sent with th request. The reservation department will contact you by phone to confirm your request.

All hotel taxes, gratuities and transfers are the responsibility of the user. Hotel charges, taxes, gratuities for maids, bellmen, and pool attendants average $15.00 per person per day. Your Bahamaian hotel will collect hotel tax and gratuities at check-in. You may pay by cash, travelrs check, or major credit card.

If you wish to extend your vacation beyond the days specified you may do so by notfying the travel company encolsed in the certificate. Accomodations will be provided at the special rate $89.00 per night and will be subject to availability.

Do not leave for your vacation until you have received written confirmation of your reservation.

This offer is not valid for residents of states where prohibited by law.

The travel company enclosed in the certificate asssumes no responsibility for damage, exoense, or inconvenience...nor loss, injury or damage to any person or property at any hotel or in transit to and from Hotels and is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to nature, strikes, equipment failures or acts of God.

Confirmed reservation dates may be changed if the travel company enclosed is notified in writing 21 days before arrival date. An additional reservation fee of $50.00 will be charged for each change of reservation or name change.

Cancellation Policy is: All cancellations must be in writing. If cancellation is received 22 days or more before departure you'll be charged $50.00. If cancellation is recieved within 21 days of departure or no show at Port there will be no refund.

Documentation requirements for entry into the Bahamas and reentry into the United States is the responsibility of the traveler.

Bahamian departure tax of $26.00 per person and the Port and Service charges are $99.50 per person(subject to change) is the responsibility of the traveler . Must be paid to the enclosed travel company 30 days prior to cruise.

This voucher expires one year from issue date. Travel must be completed before expiration date. Extensions are availble for a nominal fee with permission of enclosed travel company.
