To validate this offer and receive your reservation request form simply mail the detachable coupon that will be in your certificate along with an administration fee of $15.00 for each locatior requested to travel company that will be enclosed in your certificate. The reservation request is valid for a period of one year. You must make your reservation at least 60 days or more in advance of travel dates.
